In honor and recognition of Black History Month, TWK BMCR is asking all churches to take up a special offering for the John G. Corry Scholarship Fund during the month of February.
The intent of the John G. Corry Scholarship Award is to provide moral, spiritual, and financial support for United Methodist students who are continuing their educational pursuits beyond the secondary school level. As a part of our commitment to leadership development in our church, we desire to assist our youth as they seek to expand their knowledge and skills, growing into strong church and community leaders. We are convinced that providing this scholarship award is an incentive to fulfilling this objective.
